Directions
Lemony Rice Pilaf, This takes plain ol’ rice to a new level. Goes particularly well with chicken. If you don’t use chicken stock, this side dish is vegetarian/vegan., Very tasty! used chicken bone broth for the liquid, and needed to add a bit near the end because it was threatening to be too dry. I paired it with salmon and asparagus. Yum!, Tasty. Rice got a little gluey on me but that was proudly because I made it a little too far in advance of the other dinner items.

In a Heavy Saucepan, Heat Oil Over Mediumheat and Cook Onion For 5 Minutes, or Until Softened. |
