Lentil Dal (Or Dahl, Daal, Dhal),This is one of my favorite dishes – it’s so easy and really tasty! Be sure to serve with either basmati or long grain rice. It tastes even better the next day!,Very good! I too loved the addition of cauliflower to the daal. I thought it might become mushy by the time that the lentils were done, but it came out great! A good side dish to my butter chicken. Thanks emmie!,This was excellent! Loved the addition of the cauliflower to the daal. I am used to cooking it as just plain lentils. I cooked some quinoa and then mixed it all together at the end and let it simmer for about 5 more minutes. It was a complete and delicious meal! Thanks for a great weeknight recipe.
