    Add Tomatoes and Cook Down to Thick, Around 8 Minutes.

    Add Lentils and 2 1/2 Cups Water.

    Bring to a Boil, Cover and Reduce Heat.

    Simmer 30 Minutes.

    Add the Salt and Lemon Juice.
