Lhassi (Indian Yoghurt Drink), Scented yoghurt drink from India Great served with curries Very smooth and refreshing in a hot climate It has a very cooling effect on the mouth You can make mango lhassi by blending in mango pieces with the yogurt or try it with different fruits or spices , I’ve been having this regularly for about a year now I don’t tire of it I grind cardamom seeds in my mortar and pestle Love the nutrition that comes from this amazing spice Highly recommend I was also introduced to rosewater in this recipe Simple, delicious, refreshing , I enjoyed the addition of the cinnamon and cardamon to what otherwise is my standard lassi recipe It really is a very nice touch
