I've been having this regularly for about a year now. I don't tire of it. I grind cardamom seeds in my mortar and pestle. Love the nutrition that comes from this amazing spice. Highly recommend. I was also introduced to rosewater in this recipe. Simple, delicious, refreshing.

Lhassi (Indian Yoghurt Drink),Scented yoghurt drink from India. Great served with curries. Very smooth and refreshing in a hot climate. It has a very cooling effect on the mouth. You can make mango lhassi by blending in mango pieces with the yogurt or try it with different fruits or spices.,I’ve been having this regularly for about a year now. I don’t tire of it. I grind cardamom seeds in my mortar and pestle. Love the nutrition that comes from this amazing spice. Highly recommend. I was also introduced to rosewater in this recipe. Simple, delicious, refreshing.,I enjoyed the addition of the cinnamon and cardamon to what otherwise is my standard lassi recipe. It really is a very nice touch.
