Directions
Light Fresh Peach Cobbler, This recipe uses less fats and sugars than most cobbler recipes., if using canned peaches or canned any fruit do you still bake the reconmended full time, Delicious. Made this for July 4th. Followed recipe exactly except for adding a cup and a half of blueberries. Served with vanilla ice cream. For several minutes there was dead silence except for the sound of spoons hitting bowls.

in a Large Saucepan, Combine Peaches, 1/3 Cup of the Sugar 5 1/3 Tablespoons, Cornstarch, Lemon Juice, and Cinnamon; Toss to Coat Peaches. |

Set Pan Over Medium Heat and Bring to a Boil. |

Cook Until Mixture Thickens, About 1 Minute. |
