Recipe courtesy of Gourmet Magazine.,Fantastic. This was my first time making these and it was delicious. used one can of black beans and one can of pinto beans and I also added half of small jalapeno without seeds. It was my my favorite part of a meal consisting of four items. Couldn’t even tell it was the “light” version because it tasted so good. Thank you.
