Hull the Strawberries, Cut Them in Half and Put Into a Bowl. Sprinkle With Pepper, Sugar and Finely Chopped Mint. Toss Gently and Let Sit For 1 Hour at Room Temperature. Toss Again After 1/2 Hour. |
