Mix All Ingredients Except Chicken in Plastic Bag. |

Add Chicken, Marinate in Refrigerator 4-8 Hours. |

Grill or Broil Approximately 6 Minutes Per Side (or Until Juices Run Clear), Turning and Basting With Marinade Least Twice. |
