Little Debbie Oatmeal Cream Pie,I found this on the web, and since they’re the absolute favorite of my grandson, I made them for him. We couldn’t tell the difference! The only thing is-these are a lot fresher!,Love these and they came out great. I did put oats in a blender and pulsed to chop them finer, for the filling increased powdered sugar to 1/2 cup and still used the shortening, and refrigerated the dough between bakes. My oven runs hot so baked at 340 for 8 min 30 seconds on parchment paper covered cookie sheets. Used piping bag with Wilton tip 12 to put filling on the cookies, made it so much easier.
