Long John Silver’s Fish Batter,Mom got this recipe from somewhere a long time ago and passed it on to me. Just multiply the amounts according to how much fish that you have to fry.,Bla, no flavour. Go beer batter all the way.,Great flavor, but I modified it a bit. All dry ingredients were doubled and rather than 3/4 cup water, used milk. Whisked to a batter consistency and it came out perfect. Great for the deep fried. But terrible for pan fry. Batter will stick even if you start with a hot skillet.
