Long John Silver’s Fish Batter, Mom got this recipe from somewhere a long time ago and passed it on to me Just multiply the amounts according to how much fish that you have to fry , Bla, no flavour Go beer batter all the way , Great flavor, but I modified it a bit All dry ingredients were doubled and rather than 3/4 cup water, used milk Whisked to a batter consistency and it came out perfect Great for the deep fried But terrible for pan fry Batter will stick even if you start with a hot skillet
