Loose Meat Sandwiches, These taste like a good old fashioned hamburger. They are so good! We usually double the recipe and use the meat in Stuffed baked potatoes on the second night., Love loose meat sandwiches!! I had to modify a little to use what I had on hand, 1 Tbl dried onions instead of fresh and beef bouillon dissolved in hot water for the broth. Per personal tastes, I decreased the amount of garlic powder, added 1 tsp sugar, and 2 tsp Kitchen Bouquet for a better color. And yes, “steamed” buns make all the difference! Dill pickle slices, yellow mustard, and finely diced onions are our toppings of choice.
