Louisiana Baked Shrimp, , used to have this recipe before Katrina and remember it came from a Junior League Cookbook that I lost due to Katrina. Im glad someone has it but I cannot remember what Junior League Cookbook it came out of! It had tons of great recipes that were Louisiana based! I have a scanned recipe of the original recipe but am at a loss of the book ??! Nevertheless, it is not Traditional NOLA Barbecue Shrimp ?? but a good alternative to it! Ive enjoyed it for over 25+ years!, I really wanted to like this, but it was … missing something. Made exactly as written, but we thought it rather flavorless. Wound up adding a bunch of Old Bay and Sriracha. I guess we just like things really hot or something. Sorry, and of course, thanks for posting.
