Ingredients

8 ounces noodles, dry (any you like)
1 teaspoon canola oil
1⁄2 cup onion, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
6 ounces tuna, drained (or double or triple)
1 green pepper, chopped (sometimes I use peas instead)
1⁄2 cup carrot, chopped
1⁄4 cup parsley, chopped
1⁄4 teaspoon paprika
1⁄2 cup sour cream
1 cup plain yogurt
1⁄2 cup breadcrumbs (flakes, crumbled crackers, etc)
1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Cook and drain noodles.

Put oil in a hot skillet over medium high heat. Saute onion and garlic to transparent.

Move to a bowl. Add green pepper, carrots, parsley and paprika. Set aside.

Blend yogurt, sour cream and cottage cheese. Add noodles and tuna mixture.

Pour into a 9x11 casserole pan.

Combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and sprinkle on top of casserole.
