    In a Shallow Frying Pan, Heat the Oil.

    When Hot, Add the Mustard Seeds and Fry Till They Start Crackling.

    Now Add the Boiled Spinach and Saute Till the Oil Seperates.let the Mixture Cool to Room Temperature.
