Weight Watchers Broccoli Cheese Soup – 2 Pts Per Cup,I got this recipe from someone at my Weight Watchers meeting. I don’t know where the original recipe came from. It’s very low points and I can eat it every day without getting tired of it.,Made this the day after Thanksgiving so I could eat a little healthier after the big meal yesterday. I did not have Velveeta to cube but used 8 oz Velveeta Shreds instead. I thought it was very good.,Ive made this for years. I pure it and reduce cheese to 7 ounces . Full flavor and not watery using this method.use California blend frozen vegs. Addicted to this!
