Low-Calorie Chocolate Berry Tarts for Healthy Indulgence

Features:
    Cuisine:

I made this recipe to take to a family reunion so our diabetic and dieting members could also enjoy a guilt free dessert. I thought that it was a great treat for anyone, even those who did not have special dietary needs...delicious, fast and easy to make, and visually very appealing too! used a chocolate crumb crust, sugar-free white chocolate pudding, and raspberries which I layered in the filling rather than mixing in because I was afraid that the delicate berries might crush and bleed. I borrowed a suggestion from Taste Tester's review, and garnished the top with grated chocolate. We are having company for dinner later this week and I plan to make this dessert again....you know it is a hit when you make something twice in a week!
