    Use the Atkins Recipe to Make All Purpose Low-Carb Baking Mix For This Recipe. You Will Need Half of a 1/3 Cup (about 3 Tbsp) = Half of a Serving.

    Heat Oven to 450f. Line a Jelly-Roll Pan With Foil, and Spray With Nonstick Cooking Spray.

    Combine Chili Powder, 2 Tbsp Baking Mix, Cayenne, Mustard and Salt in a Large Resealable Bag. Add Half of the Wingettes, and Shake to Coat.

    Transfer to Pan, and Repeat With Remaining Wingettes.

    Bake, Turning Occasionally, Until Crisp, Browned and Cooked Through, 30 to 35 Minutes. Transfer to a Platter, and Serve.
