Low Carb Cheesy Smoked Sausage Casserole

Oh, my goodness! What a tasty surprise! I'm new to the keto diet so I wasn't expecting something so delicious. I would make this even if not on a low-carb program. I didn't have a full cup of heavy cream, so I added extra butter. I didn't measure the amount of shredded cheese, but I'm pretty sure it was more than a cup. I added a dollop of cream cheese and a few splashes of hot sauce. My extra veggies were broccoli and red onions (cooked with the sausage). I'm saving this one to make again!
