    The most interesting outcome of this chicken salad recipe is I literally sprinkled a little salt in & it was perfectly seasoned I did use celery and in response to the relish carb question, use Vlasic dill relish which has 0 carbs. I didn't use the proportions above, just add per your taste. I gave my Husband a sample and he immediately said, let me have it, LOL!
