Low Carb Chili,I found this on a low carb website and it is very good. Sometimes use the cinnamon, other times I don’t. It tastes good even if you aren’t a ‘low carber’. The picture was taken using 2 lbs of beef stewing meat! Thanks for the comments to use 2 lbs, it’s much better!,Favorite version. use only a sprinkle of cinnamon and cut the allspice entirely. it’s WONDERFUL!!!!,I have made this recipe many times and have modified it to better suit my tastes and maintain the low carb qualities. My modifications which i believe have improved this recipe are as follows: drop the cinnamon but maintain all other spices. Drop the green pepper and replace with rinsed black soybeans. Additionally, I will occasionally make with 1 lb ground beef and one pound hot sausage (cut raw sausage link into one 3/4 to 1 inch pieces and brown seperately from ground beef). Garnish with sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese. These changes make this an outstanding recipe.
