Low Carb Chocolate Mug Cake

    I added the 1/2 tsp of baking powder suggested by another commenter and it turned out perfect! used almond flour and Pyure stevia sweetener and coconut oil. (Don't use canola oil! Highly processed toxic fake food!) I topped it with some homemade whipped cream as frosting and it was divine- and quick and easy! I tripled the recipe to make three mug cakes for all of us. Even my husband liked it and he is always picky and skeptical of low carb recipes. Thanks!
