Low Carb Hungarian Mushroom Soup,Although this recipe is easy to make, it has a great, complex taste-and it’s low carb too. My family loves it, and I hope you do too.,Amazing soup!! Made as directed. My only tweak was to blend some mushrooms at the end to thicken. This will definitely be on rotation in my house. Thank you so much for sharing!!!!,Delicious! The only thing I did differently was use plain Greek yogurt instead of the sour cream and I added a little bit of dry sherry.
