Low-Carb Pancakes,If you are watching your carbs and craving pancakes, here is a breakfast you will like. To obtain almond meal, put some almonds in your food processor and pulse them until they are the consistency of cornmeal. Be careful if you over-pulse, you will obtain almond butter :).,Added sugarfree nutella, sugarfree fake vanilla and substituted monk fruit in the raw 0 calorie sweetener for splenda. It has enough sweetness to pass on syrup.,I add a splash of vanilla extract. And use only super fine almond flour(makes a huge difference). Also if you add some sugar free choco chip cookies you really dont need the added sweetener. Drizzle with sugar free syrup (I love LogCabin).
