Low-Carb Portabella Mushroom Pizzas, This is a great pizza idea for people looking to cut back on carbs and fat I tried it with a Hawaiian pizza (pineapples and canadian bacon) and it was awesome I’m already thinking about my next creation I’m thinkin’ about a barbecue chicken pizza I like to eat a lot and I ate two portobello mushroom pizzas and came out feeling a little full Hope you all enjoy , This worked great! Wonderful option when you have to go gluten free I was dreading serving my family pizza and missing out on pizza night Now I never have to miss pizza! Thanks for the great idea!, I have to agree with Chill I just really didn’t like the taste! I normally LOVE mushrooms but this just didn’t do it for me I’m wondering if maybe the mushrooms weren’t fresh enough?? Not sure if I’ll try this again
