Low Carb Squash Casserole, I made this for Thanksgiving and know one even knew we were watching our carbs. My kids think it tastes like the Boston Market version., Please tell me how many carbs are in a single serving., This is a great keto recipe. I followed to the letter, just barely steamed the three veg. Saut would work, I suppose, but at 40 minutes at 350 it might soften too much. I didnt blend the veg, but only pulsed them a couple of times. Outstanding addition to my keto repertoire. And yes, recipe could be a little more detailed for less experienced cooks.
