Low Carb Tater Skins

Features:
    Cuisine:

Made this for My 3 Chefs tag game and I did use smaller bakers and increased the recipe for our "Football Day". The only thing I really did differently was to mix some melted butter with seasoning salt, some garlic/onion powder and pepper and but on both sides of the potato skins before putting back in to bake and before putting the cheese and bacon on. (I did this for more flavor to the potato). Very good recipe and one I will make again. Thank you for posting.
