Yogurt-Herb Dip (Low-Carb), I got this recipe from the Better Homes and Gardens Easy Everyday Low Carb Cookbook I made this dip for a BBQ a couple of days ago – I served it with broccoli, carrots, celery and bell peppers It is light and good Prep time does not include chilling the dip , This is very good with fresh vegetables as a dip, but I can also see using it as a sauce to add more flavor on fish Made for the Spring 2009 Photo tag 🙂

In a Small Bowl Stir Together the Cottage Cheese, Yogurt, Dill, Chives, Parsley, Garlic, Salt, and Pepper. Cover and Chill For 1 Hour to 24 Hours. Serve With Vegetable Dippers. |
