Virtually Fat Free Banana Bread, My grandma raves about my banana bread, so I am constantly making it for her I decided to play with the recipe to find a better for me option, and the results were amazing! I think my healthified banana bread tastes better than the full fat version! I usually add in chopped walnuts, but they add fat, so this is optional This makes a lot of bread, so I usually half the recipe Enjoy!, I excluded the walnuts and used egg replacer, making it really virtually fat free and it was delicious! My husband even likes it and he is not a healthy diet eater at all Thank you so much, it’s fabulous!, This recipe was great! I only had 3 bananas so I did a half recipe with them I also used whole wheat flour and everything turned out perfect! Very moist with just the right amount of sweetness to it I will definitely keep making again and again
