Low Fat Greek Hummus,I love hummus and this recipe lets me enjoy it more often without the higher calorie count of some recipes. Serve with warm pita bread and sliced veggies for a nutritious snack.,When I first discovered hummus, I went overboard and ate a lot thinking it was healthy (it is) and low fat (it is not). I crossed my fingers and hoped there was a lower fat option and found this recipe and it is AMAZING! You would never know it’s a lower fat option, never!! Definitely some of the best I’ve ever had and it’s stuff I had at home already. used plain greek yogurt and the peanut butter option. I don’t think I’ll ever buy any again, this is heavenly.,I cannot find the Nutritional facts for this. I am strictly watching my calories, saturated fats, carbs, and total fats intake. Does anyone know the Nutritional details or know where I can find them?
