Low Fat Healthy Zucchini Bread,I adapted this recipe from other zucchini bread recipes that just had way too much sugar and oil. I wanted to really taste the zucchini so I doubled that portion and used whole wheat flour as well.,This recipe was delicious! My famaly loved it! It was not to overly sweet which I loved and it was very moist. The only thing is my bread had to cook for 25 minutes extra but that could just be my oven. I also used 1/4 cup of chocolot chips because I had no walnuts in my house which made the bread even more delicious!,Followed the recipe to the letter and the middle was still raw even after cooking for an additional 20min. Any longer in the oven and the top would have been burnt.
