Low-Sodium Chinese Fried Rice,BETTER than take-out!!! Flavors blend well and are delicious! The keys to success for this recipe is using COLD rice, otherwise it will be sticky. Also, for good flavor, sesame oil must be used. I have on occasion used either pork or chicken in this recipe which has been finely chopped. We could eat this dish every day!!!,I made this dish tonight and it came out amazing. Me and my SO are not big on eating out but we do like some of our fave restaurant foods and Iam learning to make a lot of our fave foods. The only thing I would change is that I would probably use 1 teaspoon of Sesame Oil instead of 2 teaspoon(that’s just my thought) & probably more soy sauce – out of that, this was a very good dish.,Easy and delicious!
