Lower Carb Pancakes for One,I thought it sounded weird but they’re actually really good. A little chewy but with sugar free maple syrup it’s a high fiber/high protein breakfast.,I was looking for a low carb pancake and landed on this one!! I doubled the recipe for two. I DID NOT BLEND IN A BLENDER AND THEY TURNED OUT GREAT I think these are great but for me next time I will cook in a preheated CAST IRON as my s.s. skillet didnt work out!! (I added pink h. salt and flax seed) used the Sugar Free Berry Syrup recipe here on this site and they were absolutely delicious ???????????? ??????,You don’t miss out on too much taste by not having flour and everything else in them. I really liked them. I doubled the batch because I did not want to share my 3 pancakes with my daughter and all together is made 8 nice size pancakes. I think one batch would get you closer to 4 than 3. I subbed ground flaxseed meal for the wheat germ.
