Lower Fat Chiles Chiles Rellenos Casserole, You know the John Wayne Chile Relleno casserole? The rich, eggy, cheesy one that everyone always loves? Well – it’s yummy but it’s fattening! Here’s a delicious lower fat variation that yields a similar casserole with no guilt! Utilizes reduced fat cheese, sour cream and egg substitute for pretty darn good results!, Wow, this is great! Thanks for the recipe! This made for a really delicious weekend breakfast. My husband gave it a big thumbs up! This would be a great meal to serve out of town guests!, I have made this several times and it’s delicious. Leftovers heat great. Also I top it with 2 extra tbs. salsa in a swirl pattern on top of the cheese just to make it look prettier.
