Luby’s Cafeteria Beef Liver and Onions, This is a most requested recipe from the Luby’s Cafeteria posted in response to a request. Prep time includes soaking time., Simply wonderful. Be careful not to over cook as it does cook fast., This was EXCELENT! used flour instead of breadcrumbs and fried the onions in butter on low heat and then added beef broth and turned up the heat. Thanks for the recipe. Since I left Texas over 5 years ago I have not had liver and onions. There is no Luby’s here. Thank you!!!
