    Hang Yogurt in a Muslin Cloth Until All the Liquid from the Yogurt Has Drained Off. (approximately 2 Hours.).

    Dissolve Lychee Essence in Whipping Cream and Set Aside.

    Using Fresh Lychee or Tin, Cut Into Small Pieces and Add Into Whipping Cream, Stir Well to Cover All Lychee Pieces.

    in a Big Bowl Add the Hung Yogurt, Sugar and Whipping Cream-Lychee Mixture.

    Mix Well and Transfer to a Glass Bowl and Refrigerate Till Cold.
