Ma Leetle Petit Pois,French Tart, this is for you! When 4th of July rolls around in Bowerbank, Maine, it’s off to the farmer’s market for the first of the fresh peas!! Please don’t overcook the tender sweet leetle things. ;),These were lovely peas Elmotoo, we really enjoyed the subtle sweetness of the peas. They were tender and delicious. The dish was quick and very easy to make. Thank you for sharing this recipe. Made exactly as written for The Fearless Red Dragons – ZWT8 – France Update: Still as good today as the first time I tried them. A lovely dish that goes with everything.
