Macadamia Peach Parfait, This recipe uses Australia’s only native nut , Thick yogurt, as opposed to what? Thin? How much Ricotta? Bad recipe design , I wasn’t sure how much ricotta to use so used an equal amount of low-fat ricotta and fat-free vanilla yogurt The flavor is very nice but I think I would have preferred to use only yogurt as the ricotta made the parfait a bit grainy All in all this is a very nice, refreshing dessert that I would make again Made for ZWT8
