    Macaroni Goulash,This may not be what some people would consider as “Goulash” but it is the name my mom gave this when I was a child. Delicious and brings back wonderful memories. Hope you enjoy it too.,what do u mean by 1 qt of tomatoes how many tomatoes is this and do they have to be diced or prepped in any certain way?,This is just like the goulash my mother used to make for me when I was little. The only addition I make is about a tablespoon of Worchestershire.

    Saute Green Pepper and Onions in Margarine or Oil.

    Add Ground Beef, Salt and Black Pepper.
