She was my Statistics lecturer in college! Hooray, madam! CONGRATS on winning !!!!!! I’m sure this dish is as excellent as your teaching used to be in class, hey, no wonder I would always top! :),Charishma, Thanks for the great rice recipe,Rice is my favorite food,I love it in many dishes.I loved this recipe,but could not bring myself to use the fish heads,My husband fishes for fresh water fish,and we have always got plenty of fish on hand,so used Crappie instead of the heads.Sorry!
