Magic Peanut Butter Middles Cookies, This recipe was in a magazine clipping years ago I haven’t tried these cookies but they sound good , Can you freeze Magic Peanut Butter Middles cookies after they are baked so they stay soft?, Yum yum yum, lovely cookies was not easy to handle dough shell but still worth trying and noming these I made it with half white half whole wheat flour which was i think not a great idea as cookies did not rise, or maybe I had difficulty with the outer side ofthe doughs consistency? Not a fan of peanutbutter but a hazelnutbutter, I enjoyed these and could not convince hubby to have a second bite, oh well all for me then
