    This is genius! Making a dozen or so different appetizers for a pool party tomorrow, so I was looking for quick and easy and this was perfect. So simple, tasty and healthy. used deli thin sliced ham and used two strips of ham per cantaloupe cube. I also used the pre-cubed cantaloupe. They were a little chunky so I did cut them in half. Made them tonight and can't stop eating them. I hope there's some left for tomorrow. Glad I tripled the recipe!

    Cut Ham Into 1" Wide Strips, and Cut the Cantaloupe Into Cubes.
