Mango and Tofu Cream,Great for babies who don’t tolerate dairy or who are vegan. Keeps in the fridge for 2-3 days.,Easy, healthy and passed the taste test with my 17 month old. For variety you could try other fruit combinations. Banana/ strawberry might be nice… Personally I found the taste a bit blah and I wasn’t crazy about the texture which was somewhat grainy. I made it a second time and added a banana to make it more palatable to my adult taste buds. This smoothed it out a bit and gave it a creamier texture…From me it would only rate 3 stars but definately gets 5 stars from my toddler!
