1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lime juice
4 cups torn boston lettuce or 4 cups red leaf lettuce
6 ounces cooked medium shrimp or 6 ounces large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup diced ripe avocado
1/2 cup diced ripe mangoes or 1/2 cup papaya
1/3 cup red bell peppers or 1/3 cup yellow bell pepper, strips
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (optional)
