Mango Curried Brie

    So easy-to-fix, definitely best on soda or water crackers due to the mix of flavors & perfect to treat yourself or for unexpected guests. I think I need to practice warming the Brie in my microwave. The rd was intact till I cut the 1st bite & the cheese oozed out. Maybe I will be lucky, keep practicing for a very long time & never quite get it right. :-)

    Heat the Brie. You Can Put It in a Warm Oven For 30 Minutes or Microwave Gently For 3 to 5 Minutes. You Want the Cheese to Be Runny on the Inside but not Running Out of the Rind.

    Sprinkle the Curry Powder Over the Top.

    Serve With Crackers. Water Crackers Work Really Well Because of Their Neutral Flavor.
