Mango Guacamole, This is a fabulous option to a classic! I love mangoes and decided to substitute them for tomatoes after seeing how often mangoes are used in Latin American cooking This is a very forgiving recipe in that almost all ingredients are to taste For a hotter result, do not seed the chilies I have done my best to give you the way my family likes it best This is the result!, Great recipe, the flavors play wonderfully off eachother One thing I would add though is that I prefer a little more avacado in my guac, so I added another to the recipe and it was beautiful , Wow – Just fantastic! I halved the recipe and served it to four hungry people as an appetizer with homemade chips It was just the right amount ~ Loved it! Thanks for the great recipe!!
