Mango Raita,This sauce is wonderful with any East Indian meal. If you have lovely hot curry it helps put out the fire. You may also substitute an apple or a peach for the mango,Bergy, I nearly forgot to rate your yummy raita! I loooooooooooved it! I served it together with Carla’s Vindaloo (Goan-Style Hot and Sour Pork) Recipe #6574 and the two work together like a dream! To die for! Thank you so much for this recipe! It’s a kepper!
