Mango Salad,It really is very beautiful to look at, not to mention eat! Perfect with Indonesian and Thai dishes.,I’ll Admit it, it took me two tries to get this right! And I think where I went wrong was my choice of ingredients used. The first time I tried this, used ingredients that I bought from a shop near my locality. Needless to say I wasn’t happy, but the second time I tried this – I ordered from an organic vegetable delivery service in Bali that my friend recommended! And it made a world of a difference! Making high great food comes after getting hands on the right vegetables and produce! You guys must must check them out! I turned my recipe around.,Instead of cutting the mango in cubes, I cut them in long slices. Made my dish look a little fancier 🙂
