    Peel and Cut Flesh from Mangoes, Discarding Pits. in a Blender or Food Processor Pure Mango With Remaining Ingredients Until Smooth. Force Pure Through a Fine Sieve Into a Bowl. Sauce May Be Made 2 Days Ahead and Chilled, Covered.
